Federation Sports Day Success

On July 2nd, twentytwo Year 12 students from Harris Academy Merton took part in the Federation Sports Day with a shared goal of having fun and giving their best effort in their respective events.

Aim for a Fun-Filled Day

The team's primary focus was on enjoying the experience, as many of the athletes had never competed in their events before. With this in mind, everyone performed to the best of their ability and demonstrated a positive attitude, never giving up.

Special Mention and Outstanding Performances

We would like to extend a special mention to Sofia for her exceptional leadership skills, which played a crucial role in bringing the team together. As a result, the girls finished a respectable 8th place overall.

Several of our students had outstanding performances, with Louise and Gerald both finishing 4th in their respective events. Their dedication and hard work are truly commendable.
