Harris Experience Students Shine at Christie's Experience

Harris Experience Students Shine at Christie's Experience
Our Year 9 Harris Experience students recently participated in the annual final stage of the Christie's Experience at Harris Falconwood. This year's theme, The Natural World, celebrated the 100th birthday of Sir David Attenborough.
Inspiration and Creativity
Under the influence of Andy Warhol's vibrant use of colour and Louis Jover's fragmented imagery techniques, our students created a remarkable piece entitled "Attenborough in Quarters." This artwork celebrated Sir David Attenborough's life and legacy through four distinct stages, reflecting his remarkable contribution to the understanding and appreciation of the natural world.

Student Achievements
Jimmy confidently presented Merton's artwork on stage, demonstrating excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
Maida and Varshikha represented the school exceptionally well, discussing the piece with the circulating judges and articulating the creative process behind their work.
A Celebration of Creativity and Achievement
The experience provided a wonderful opportunity not only to celebrate and showcase our students' creativity and achievements but also to appreciate the outstanding work produced by participating teams from across the Harris Federation.
It was an inspiring and rewarding occasion for all involved.
