Appeals Process

Parent/carers who wish to appeal against the Academy’s decision not to offer a place to their child for year groups 7-11 should complete the Admissions Appeal Form below.

The Academy will arrange for an Independent Appeal Panel to consider the Academy’s reasons for refusal and the parent/carers reasons for wanting their child to attend the Academy.

The decision of the Independent Appeal Panel is binding on both the Academy and the parent/carers.
