Assessment 

Students are assessed informally in class via vocabulary tests, questioning and milestone tasks. These check the understanding of key language and assessment skills.

Students also sit two sets summative assessments each year in which the following skills are tested: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The question styles reflect those of the GCSE exams.
